Statewide Survey Seeks to Capture Information on School Data Use

On behalf of the ODE, Hezel Associates is conducting a short online survey of school administrators and teachers in grades 3-12 about data use. The feedback will help Ohio's D3A2 better meet the data and resource needs of administrators and teachers. It takes about 15 minutes to complete the survey; the questions are applicable regardless of whether your district is using D3A2 or the level of D3A2 use.

Teachers can click here for more information.
Administrators can click here for more information.

Completed surveys are requested by May 9. Thank you for participating. Survey information will benefit all of us who are working to encourage educators to practice data-based decision making.

Indiana's capital city is the home of the Colts, the Indy 500 and Mayor Gregory Ballard, the only mayor in the country with the power to grant charters.

The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is situated in the heart of downtown, just steps away from the State House, the Indianapolis Zoo, the NCAA Hall of Champions and the world-class Indianapolis Museum of Art.

NACSA will continue to post information relating to the 2008 Conference as it becomes available. Please check back soon - we hope to see you there!
